We clean and inspect every pipe prior to shipping to ensure a lifetime of hassle-free smoking pleasure. If you ever break your Unbreakabowl® through normal use, please return the pieces for inspection along with a short description on how the product broke. Upon receipt we will gladly process a replacement free of charge.
